1. How far is the Hanoi cycling trip?
The cycling trip is around 15 kms through the most impressive streets and small alleys to explore hidden charms of Hanoi, not accessible by cars.
2. How long does the Hanoi cycling trip?
This cycling trip takes around 4 hours in total and of course we will make some local stops along the way. If you prefer to go private or longer, please contact us for more details.
3. How many streets do we pass?
Our route will cover around 35 interesting streets in Hanoi Old Quarter, the Westlake and Truc Back district and Red River Delta. We take impressive and beautiful tree lined streets but also narrow back yard streets around local markets and hidden gem alleys.
4. Is the lunch included?
No lunch included, drinks during the trip are included.
5. Does the English Speaking Guide escort us from the beginning to the end of the cycling trip?
Our English speaking guide escorts you from the beginning to the end of the trip, he/she may meet you at our office to start the trip.
6. If the bike broke on the way, what do you do?
In case the bike has broken during the trip, we will first of all try to fix it but we will change the bike as soon as possible if needed. We will never shorten th e trip due to any delays.
7. Where do we start the cycling trip?
The starting point of the trip is our office – 13 Bat Su Street – where you meet our guide and host for safety introductions and information about the trip.
8. How is the cycling schedule in the morning and in the afternoon?
For the morning trip we’ll meet at 7.45 am and start at 8.00 am, the trip will finish around 12.00 noon time. In the afternoon we’ll meet at 1.15 pm and start at 1.30 pm to finish the trip at 5.30pm.
9. Is the beverage included in the trip?
During the cycling trip we offer a bottle of fresh water and drinks during the stops we make.
10. Can you pick us up at our hotel?
Yes, our guide can, on request, pick you up by taxi to our office.
